Loung Noeun live in Sangkat Prek Thmey, Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh. Noeun runs restaurant selling food and beverage called Mlop Svay Kul Tortoueng.
Noeun learned cooking from her sibling and she is keen to start her own business. Noeun purchase material from Chbar Ampov Market, and she is able to cook and serve her guest several kinds of food and snack. At present Noeun hire 5 workers and she plan to recruit one more worker to assist in her business.
Using loan from Maxima Microfinance Plc., Noeun will expand the size of her restaurant, renovate it, and also at the same time purchase more material and beverage for selling.
