Gilbert Nolasco resides in Parañaque City, together with his spouse Jerma and three children. He graduated from a vocational course of Mechanical and worked as a machinist in a corporation for seven years. A close friend convinced and motivated him to put-up a business related to his experience and skills. In 2011, he started “Far Eastern Sales and Tooling Services” where Far Eastern came from the Bible and represents countries in Asia like Philippines, China, Japan, and other nearby countries. It is engaged in plastic industry, semi-electronics, as well as engineering and metal fabrication. It manufactures machine bed plate, inlet pipe, roller bearing, koppelling, and others. Gilbert aims to serve and provide solution to his customer’s need and requirement. 

Since start, he was able to hire seven employees, composed of one female and six male, where two are out-of-school youth. All of them, receives food, living quarter, and transportation for free. Skilled employees receives an above minimum salary. On a yearly basis, Gilbert provides free check-up to assure workers’ good health condition. He also has three sub-contractor. 

To serve the newly received purchase order, Gilbert will need a purchase order loan which could possibly hire an additional worker.
