Michelle Ang Katipunan has been living with her parents in other country, when she decided to come back in the Philippines and put up her own business. Garments, therefore, was offered by her friend which started in 2004, and being naturally in love with designs, she grabbed the opportunity to have a business. Having a roller coaster life wasn't easy for her but Michelle was able to surpass all challenges in the garments industry which made her business reached its 11th year of continuous operation in Bulacan. Starting from three sewing machines, she now has ten sewing machines with fifteen employees, where she provides a weekly basis salary, free accommodation and free meal. For her sewers with good performance, she gives them bonuses as a reward. Being thankful for what she have now, Michelle gives weekly donation for the feeding program being conducted in their place as well as every christmas season. LendAHand partner with NPFC will help Michelle Ang Katipunan to acquire additional working capital to have business expansion.
