Le projet

From a factory worker into a business owner of a garments company, Adellia Villaflores Dela Paz started her business in 2005. Adellia being busy with the sales and accounting work, was assisted by her spouse in doing the design and printing shirts manufactured by sewers. Villaflores RTW came from her middlename when she was still single. She started with one sewing machine and as the company grows, she now owns eleven sewing machines and supplies her products in Pasig Market and Taytay tiangge (flea market). Adellia employs five male and eight female workers, a combination of out of school youth, housewives and a senior citizen. Workers receive their per piece rate salary on a weekly basis. Together with Lendahand’s partner NPFC is helping Adellia Dela Paz in acquiring additional working capital for business expansion and a possible branch out in Baclaran Manila.
