Munkhgerel owns a business in trading and selling clothing at the Bumbugur market in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia. Moreover, she runs a small sewing workshop and sells her own produced clothing through that stall too.
Recently, she expanded her business by renting an additional stall at different market, the Sunday plaza, and employed one worker so that she can spend more time working in the sewing shop and produce more clothes to sell. The latest expansion appeared to be a great strategy. Therefore Munkhgerel is eager to expand some more.
In order for the next expansion to take place, she is in need of capital. Lendahand and local partner VFM will provide the entrepreneur with a loan so Munkhgerel is able to employ 1 more worker and rent the third stall in another trade center to reach a bigger market in the city. The loan will be repaid in 24 months.
