Rodolfo Pepito a forty nine (49) year old owner of RP Seashells continued the business of his family which is into selling of seashells as raw materials used in making decorative displays. He noticed the success of his family’s venture and decided to continue it not just only to earn profit but also to help his neighbor whom he employed. RP Seashells came from the initials of the owner Rodolfo Pepito and Seashells per se is the product which he offers. RP is in its good track in the field of business but a big challenge came when Yolanda (with international codename Haiyan) occurred. His business experienced financial loss because of this but little by little he managed to regain what he loss and now still in the journey of continuing what he had started. Currently, RP Seashells is employing twenty (20) under graduate male provided with compensation and allowances. Lendahand partner’s NPFC is helping Rodolfo Pepito acquire additional working capital for his seashells business, buying additional raw materials and employing additional workers that would help him continue grow the business.
