Ronald Alfaro Zaradulla from Kalibo Aklan has been a co-manager of his fathers’ business, a Manpower Agency before putting up his own business. With his knowledge and experience in the business of his father, Ronald and his wife decided to put up their own manpower agency in October 2005. The business was named as RJZ Recruitment and Manpower Agency, where they are focused on deploying manpower to cut cane in Isabela he is also deploying in other provinces like Tarlac, Pampanga and Batangas. For ten years, they were able to hire six hundred thirty contractual workers and four regular employees. Newly operating in Boracay, they are into expansion of deploying waiters, housekeepers, and helpers in the booming tourist place of Boracay.
