R-Joyce Pebbles Supply is the business of Remedios De Leon Jose. It was established in 1981 and still running successfully. They focus on trading of more or less 50 kinds of pebbles, aside from supplying certain materials they also do landscaping and installation of granite. Prior on trading they own jewelry shop and while running the said business they see a great potential when it comes to trading pebbles. They realized the success of it and eventually start entering another market. R-Joyce derived from the initials of her name which is Remedios and to her children which also start on letter “R”, while the term Joy is for Happiness while the word “CE” came from her Jocelyn. Currently R-Joyce Pebbles hires 30 employees, some of them are provided with houses to stay in and some of them are staying to Remedios with fair compensation and benefits. Lendahand partner’s NPFC is helping Remedios Jose in acquiring additional working capital for his Pebbles business.
